Last night we held an event to celebrate the Pink Sheet Volunteers. It is almost 50 years since it was set up to originally communicate about the fund raising for the new Village Hall.
Cllr Best came out to present the Chairman’s Award to Crispin Hayllar and Nigel Cheeseman. Between them, they have clocked up almost 90 years of deliveries! Nigel was also part of the original committee.
We also gave heartfelt thanks to the committee and all the volunteers. A special service for our Parish.
