There are 750 homes in North Curry the vast majority of which do not currently benefit from solar power.
The North Curry Environment Group would like to encourage all suitable householders to consider installing solar power to generate renewable energy, generally returning 12% annually on your investment.
A typical solar panel installation costs £6,000 and generates over 4,000 KWh of electricity per year reducing CO2 emissions by 800Kgs per year.
North Curry Environment Group may secure a 10% discount if it is able to identify a small number of households, within our parish, willing to purchase a solar roof. Suppliers will offer a free site survey and quotation.
